Introduction

SSH Global Security Sdn Bhd (GSSB) is a Bumiputera owned Company registered and established on 28th May 2013. It subsequently obtained the security license from the Ministry of Home Affairs of Malaysia. Along with other regulatory documentations and regulations it enables GSSB to offer Security services.

Our strength lies in our team, of both operations and management, with vast experience in their respective fields of work. These experiences when combined, provided the best services in our field of work in accordance to the needs of our respective clients.

SSH Global Security Sdn Bhd gives great attention to the quality of its personnel, in which training would always be an ongoing process for the company. Further to hands-on training by our in-house police force experienced personnel, we are relentless in our pursuit of the best information, equipment and training for our personnel to provide to our clients the best in accordance to their needs.

Our security officers are mostly ex-Police or Army personnel who are capable of ensuring compliance of client’s instructions and instilling discipline to security personnel.

Our top management have wide knowledge and experiences in the Security Industry and as such are in the best position to provide security services consultation.

Most of the managers and officers have served with similar type of security organisations and have acquired varied experiences in the security industries.

They can even act as consultants in view of their expertise gained through the years in security matters.

The management, financial, marketing and operations portfolios are being managed by experience officers who have worked as administrators in the Police or Government Services for over 10 years in the security industry.

EMPLOYMENT SCREENING & VETTING

The best way to maintain a professional security force is to hire and retain the most qualified employees with good background. Our extensive screening and vetting process (for both local and foreign employees) would ensure the best candidates are hired for the specific site with its specific needs.

Recruitment will be done by the HR Department as per Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines. All guards employed are vetted by the Royal Malaysian Police to ensure that they do not have criminal records. Among others, the selection & vetting process includes the following;

Malaysian citizen and Security Guard workforce from Nepal with permits approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Ages ranges from 18 to 60 years old.
Criminal background checks
Drug testing
Fingerprints checks
Reference checks
2 employment screening interviews by different personnel
Can read and write English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
Healthy and passed medical checkup by our selected qualified doctor.
Ex-Police or Army personnel are preferred

All new recruits have to undergo a comprehensive training, which covers the basic duties and responsibilities of a security guard, which includes a basic knowledge in law to defending of life and protection of property.

Training are conducted by our training department or by sending to other training facilities. From time-to-time a Fire Department officer will be invited to conduct an on- site fire exercise jointly with our client and our guards to familiarize them with the latest in fire fighting equipment /installation, techniques and procedures.

Regular guards are also given refresher courses periodically to update them with the latest in security system and techniques. New recruits are given comprehensive 3 days classroom training.

The recruits are then attached to our regular guards for on the job training until we feel they are ready to be on their own to carry out their duties effectively.
